Every subscription provides more credits for your money than any one-time credit pack. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancel online at any time in the app under Account, Cancel Subscription (or Manage Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so you keep your plan until then. Unused credits roll over and remain available after cancellation. No refund or prorated refund is provided, except where required by applicable law. Taxes may apply. The app shows the price and renewal terms and asks you to confirm them before checkout.

Common questions

What exactly is a credit?

Credits are used for drafting, case questions, and other actions. The app shows the required credits before you proceed and keeps your usage history in your account.

Do unused credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them. Monthly plan credits are added to your balance each billing cycle, and credit packs you buy separately never expire.

Why subscribe instead of just buying packs?

Every monthly plan offers better credit value than any one-time pack, plus its plan-specific workflows. Unused credits roll over. You can still buy credits without a subscription through the app’s Account panel.

Is Lobrite Legal a law firm?

No. Lobrite Legal is legal software, not a law firm. It does not provide legal representation, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. Self-Help Mode does not choose legal strategy; for advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through Manage Billing, or use Cancel Subscription to cancel online at any time. Your remaining credit balance carries with you.
