Your matters are yours alone

Your case files, drafts, and reviews are not visible to other firms or users. They are not pooled, sold, or reused for anyone else's case.
Lobrite Legal does not give other firms, other users, or unrelated staff access to your matters.
Case summaries, drafts, redlines, notes, and connected evidence are scoped to your account and never visible to other firms or users of Lobrite Legal.
Lobrite Legal does not pull language or facts from one client's matter into another's draft unless you explicitly turn that on for your own prior work. Cross-client reuse is off by default.
Your case content is not sold, and it is not used to advertise to you or anyone else. It exists to do the work you asked for — nothing more.
Lobrite Legal is a Windows desktop application, not a browser tool that streams your files to an unfamiliar server by default.
Documents, drafts, redlines, and case folders are read from and written to locations you choose on your own computer — not a shared cloud drive other accounts can browse.
Provider credentials stay on the server. Session tokens are encrypted by your operating system and are never exposed to the application screen.
AI-assisted actions only send the case material relevant to that specific request — not your whole case folder by default.
This page is written to be specific, answerable, and honest. It avoids exaggerated trust language and tells users what Lobrite Legal does and does not claim.
